Description

Reed canary grass that grows along lakes and bodies of water. This grass also does well on peat and well drained land. It can be used for pasture, silage or hay, and is good erosion control. It starts growing early in spring and is both summer and winter hardy. This is a low alkaloid, which is more palatable.
