Ordering and Shipping

When you place the order our sales staff will help you with determining the best shipping method. We ship parcel to all 50 states by UPS, FedEx, or SpeeDee. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Pallet shipping is available any where in the US and in our midwest corridor, we have awesome LTL flat rates. To receive our deeply discounted rates, you must have semi access and a loader with forks. We attempt to ship in stock orders within 1-2 business days from receiving payment. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times.

Return Policy

Before June 1st – We will accept product returns in like new condition. Seed Corn and Soybeans are subject to their respective return policies, and are not a part of our small seed return policy.*

After June 1st – Any return will be subject to a $3/bag restocking charge.*

* We will not accept returns of closeout inventory, Custom treated seed, Custom mixes, CRP mixes or Opened, wet, dirty, unsealable or damage bags of seed. This policy is subject to change without notice.

Replant Policy

If seed you purchase from us experiences an early-season crop loss, you may be eligible for replant seed at a reduced price. We will provide replant seed of the same species at a fraction of full retail. If the seed you purchased is no longer available, we will offer a replacement solution; however, the amount of the discount will not change. We will not warrant alfalfa seed planted between June 1 and September 1, and we do not provide any replant discount for winter-killed seed of any kind. There is no replant discount in the event of improper field and insect control practices. NSC reserves the right to request soil samples, if needed.
